I started my blog in 2015 as a break from university and a place to share my journey into the world of health and fitness. My blog has really developed with my life and is very personal to me. I talk about health and fitness, style, wellness, beauty, travel and anything else I find myself loving!

I hope to share my passions to help you live a healthy, happy, balanced life.

After being diagnosed with IBS, I did a lot of research into gut health and digestion and all the recipes I share are low FODMAP and gluten free. My food mantra is simple, I eat delicious, whole foods that fuel my body.
