I am so excited to share this recipe with you! I have honestly been having smoothie bowls for breakfast every day recently and I love it! I love how versatile they are and how they can be changed to fit everyone. Blend your own favourite fruits, add more protein or healthy fats and top with whatever you want! This is my favourite recipe at the moment. Tweak, experiment and enjoy! x x x
1 cup frozen berries
1 cup chopped melon
1 handful spinach
1 tbsp chi seeds
1/2 cup of milk (I love using coconut milk) or greek yogurt
Topping of your choice- try fresh berries, banana, desiccated coconut, passionfruit, seeds, nut butter, granola etc.
Okay so who really needs a method to make a smoothie bowl?!
Blend all your ingredients in a food processor or blender with a bit of water. Pour into a bowl and top with your favourite toppings.
