Recently, British Vogue uploaded a series of videos to their youtube channel called ‘what on earth is wellness?’ In this series Camille Rowe travelled to California to try and get to the bottom of what wellness is and what we should be doing. There is so much around the idea of ‘wellness’ and it is hard to know what we actually need to be doing to achieve it. Camille spoke to many experts from different fields to try and give us a guide to what is actually useful and important. She found out about diet, supplements, exercise, meditation, spirituality and a lot more.
I really did find this series very interesting and useful. It made such a strange concept seem like it could actually be applied to our lives. There are many things I am interested in trying and small changes I am trying to make to see if it can make a difference.

The whole idea of wellness is something that I’ve been really interested in recently. I have found that living in London where everything is so fast paced makes it difficult for me to switch off and as a result I am constantly stressed and worrying about things. I am trying to find ways for me to be able to properly relax and feel calm. I want to try and relieve some of the stress and anxiety I feel and have more energy and I do feel that maybe this could be achieved through diet, exercise and mindfulness. I will let you know how it goes!
